renaming files in batch [Adobe Bridge]
It is possible to batch rename all your files very quickly by using Bridge in CS3.
- Open Adobe Bridge and navigate to a folder with files you want to rename.
- Select the files (hold shift or command key to multiple select the images you want to rename). Once the images are selected, go to tools and use ‘batch rename’ option.
- You will be then presented with the new window where you can specify the method as to how would you like to save your files.
- Make sure you specify the folder, i.e save into the same folder, save into another folder, move to another folder…
Tip:You can click on + or - to add or delete category for batch rename.
