video tutorial – sparkling particle part_1 [Apple Motion3]

Part one Sparkling particles
Available now…

In this tutorial you will learn how to make loopable animation by using behaviors, you will also learn how to resize the canvas and use few interesting filters….

I have deliberately made this two part tutorial. In this part you will have a chance to work with an interesting concept of using behaviors to create loopable animation. This method can be then used for many things in animation. In part two I will show you how to use baked animation to create particle cell.

I only had little bit of free time this weekend so I thought it would be good idea to make part one of the Sparkling Particles animation. Please note how important it is to use rate or ramp behavior to loop animation…

    Happy New Year Zak,

I’m posting my New Years Greeting in the Comments for your “Sparkling particle” Tutorial because about a year ago it was the first of your Motion tutorials I came across. It totally motivated me to try to learn Motion and I spent the past year having fun learning tips and tricks from your site. I hope 2010 is a great year for EMBRYO and that you get lots of new followers (and donations!) It’s a great site for learning. Thanks. Here’s a link to a short 20 sec. video New Years Greeting I put together:

    HI Patric,

Many thanks for your generous donation. I hope Embryo will be able to move forward as it always have. It has been a lot of hard work, I sure did give it all my spare time to work on tutorials. Many thanks for your comments and your enthusiasm regarding Apple Motion. I wish you and your family all the best in 2010.
