Glass Typeface on the 2d surface of the image. I have used few very simple elements to produce this interesting animation… Apple Motion comes to life again.

I wanted to create use typeface and make it look like a glass. For this animation I have used camera moves, matted shattering glass from Compositors Tool Kit by Digital Juice. I have also used few other techniques to produce this interesting effect.

For more info you are going to wait until I make video tutorial…

    Will do. I think I need to make the Ice Particles tutorial first.
    By the way I just received an email with a support from Zaxwerks and their brilliant plugin Pro Animator FX. I look forward creating some interesting animations with it.

    I did this following an AE tutorial ….. didn’t get the results I hoped, but yours looks properly done… as expected. ^_^

    Well all of the animations like this are about getting the text and the image orientation in the same position, so that the text effect looks like it is sitting on the floor. I am very pleased with the glass shattering that goes on inside the letters. It really have nice level of transparency to it.
