As an AE and old-time Combustion user, this is one of the things that isn’t so obvious with Motion. Manipulating keyframes actually is a necessary skill in using Motion and separates the men from the boys…lol. No, it really adds some polish to the work and coupled with Motion’s inherent behaviours, show why Motion is da bomb.
I agree. It seems that people think that only behaviors are necessary and the best way to animate. This isn’t true of Motion or any other compositing or animation package. To harness the true potential one must learn both.
