Stopping to Work Soon …
URGENT NOTICE. As form 10th of September 2010, I will no longer be able to provide Podcast service.
I have been privileged to offer free podcasts to all users of Embryo in the last few years. Although this was amazing FREE service that enabled you to download very high resolution of tutorials offered on Embryo, I am very sad to be telling you that this service will stop to work on the 10.09.2010.
This is simply because the cost of running the site, server, podcast etc have become to big and I have not been able to secure funding that will enable me to continue to provide this amazing service.
I have tried my best but the funding did not come, therefore with greatest of sadness I am forced to terminate this service. So please download what you can.
This does not mean that I am stopping my work at Embryo, this just means that I am not able to provide you with Podcast service unless someone helps me with the costs of Podcasts. I will try to produce HD720p tutorials via Blip TV if this is possibility from now on.
At this point I like to know what do you think about termination of Podcast service, please be constructive in posting your suggestions and your thoughts.

I thought it would be best if I start this dialog. First of all, I am sorry it has to be this way. God knows, I really wanted to continue to provide this service to all users of Embryo. However, the funding is a serious problem for me, therefore I had no other option but to terminate this service. It was good while it lasted…Nostalgia….-(
I’m definitely bummed that you can’t continue the podcasts, but I understand when costs start adding up. I go back to a lot of your tutorials on a regular basis to remind myself of tips and techniques. i have found embryo to be one of the best sites for creative/artistic uses of motion. Embryo is a great compliment to several other good tutorial sites. So anyhow, yes, I’m disappointed.
I hope your donation button starts getting more attention. My motion graphic skills have certainly made it to a new level, in large part from embryo. I assume we still have access to new tutorials through the embryo web page.
Thanks Pat, I always appreciate your comments. I know, I am gutted that I have to do this but the cost of everything Is getting bigger by the day. I really appreciate your donation. Just to reassure you I am not going to stop my work at embryo, however I just need to stop offering this brilliant service to users of embryo. How many other education based websites do you know who offer this service?
Anyway the day has come, and it looks like it must be done. I am however looking into other ways to showcase my work in a larger resolution. HD,

Although I have greatly appreciated the podcasts, I am perfectly ok with the paid tutorials. I always buy them. Will you keep producing the paid tutorials? I hope so. Please let me know. Thanks. I have learned so much from you.

I have decided to stop this for the reasons I have mentioned in my post previously. I am not going to stop working on http://www.mbryo,me.uk, that is for sure. I will, as you can see from my latest post Chroma Key, continue to work on producing the tutorials free and paid ones. P.S I have found a way to upload HD 720p tutorials to Blip TV. I talked to them and they allowed better quality conversions for my site. I appreciate your support and I hope I can see you as contributing member of embryo in the future. Thank you….

I know, I know. Things have been very busy in my household, new baby, lots of work, I am not managing to find any time to spent on Motion tutorials at all currently. Hopefully things will be better soon.
Things are not bad by any means, This just means that I am looking into other options for people to view tuts online. I need to be a little bit more business minded that I am.
