This is my recent collection of Digital Illustration based around retro feel. In the illustrations I explored different creative possibilities of Adobe Photoahop and Adobe Illustrator CS5.

Collections of experimental and 2d abstract illustrations created by using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

As of lately my desire to create a new set of illustrations was very overwhelming, I have not done anything for more than a year, well not experimentally. I tried to elaborate a retro style with what is currently very contemporary digital art. I hope you will like what I made. All of the illustrations where made in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Collections of experimental 2d abstract work created by using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Ilustrator and Autodesk Maya.

In this collection of images I have tried to explore the possibility of manipulating images to gain a particular 3d feel. Most of the images have been put together by a two way or a three way process involving the use of Maya for perspective, Adobe Illustrator for shape making and Adobe Photoshop as a composite tool.

Most images in this collection were made by overemphasizing and over saturating primary colours while using different creative possibilities within Adobe Photoshop.

While working on this illustrations I have tried to creatively explore different types of grunge brushes. Most of the brushes used for illustrations where made from scanned images.

Illustrator as a tool has gained a lot of followers in particularly in the last three, four years. With the introduction of the live trace tool and live paint tool Illustrator has come of age. I personally love Adobe Illustrator and use it quite often in my personal explorations within the real of Illustration and animation.
